Jeff began his career in real estate 40 years ago in Tucson, Arizona. He gained much experience and success in the commercial real estate field while working in the major markets of Tucson, El Paso, Phoenix and Sacramento. However, 22 years ago Jeff decided to return to his hometown of Iowa City, Iowa, and has specialized in leasing and selling commercial properties ever since.

Jeff’s scope of service is wide and deep. His assignments range from simple one-office spaces to a multimillion-dollar landmark office building in Sacramento, California. He approaches each of these tasks as a challenge, and consistently looks forward to applying his value-added approach to ensure high-quality service for every client.

Jeff has enjoyed a great deal of success in his field, but he never rests on his laurels. He always pushes himself to learn more, sharpen his skills, and reach the next level of excellence. He belongs to an elite group of top commercial brokers in the United States, and the National Association of Realtors has distinguished him as both a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a rare achievement.
