CP Pierce has been a lifelong resident of Southeast Iowa where he lives with his wife Linda on an acreage near Riverside. They have two grown children. He & his wife are both graduates of Iowa State University.

CP is also a part owner in his family furniture business which has been in business for over 120 years. In his spare time, he & his wife manage an Airbnb business on their property.

CP has been serving the Iowa City area as a realtor for over seven years. He works with both buyers & sellers and has experience with investment properties.

With his experience in running a business, specializing in sales & marketing, CP will work with his clients to ensure a great & fun experience.
