Tracy is a lifelong resident of the Coralville/Iowa City area and has been a REALTOR® since 1995. Prior to her career in real estate, Tracy earned her Associate's Degree in Marketing Management. Tracy has also earned her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), e-PRO (Internet Professional), GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. Tracy earned her Brokers Associate license in the fall of 2002. Tracy has received in 2006, 2015, and 2016 The Gold Star Award in appreciation for outstanding professional cooperation and in 2011 was the only recipient of the Distinguished Service Award both are voted on by peers (other REALTORS®). Tracy was a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award in 2019 as well.

Tracy is active in the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS®. Tracy enjoys hiking/walking with her Border Collie, "Stella", enjoying time with friends and her husband Chad Kron.
